Stoic Training · Part 10
Master Yourself
To change the world, begin with yourself.
Every Stoic discipline eventually points back to the same battlefield: yourself. This training gathers the whole practice into five movements — inward, steady, virtuous, present, firm.

The training
1. Turn inward
Your greatest battle is not out there — it's within. Know yourself. Master yourself.
2. Discipline your mind
Thoughts shape feelings. Feelings shape actions. Guard your mind. Direct your life.
3. Cultivate virtue
Wisdom. Courage. Justice. Temperance. This is real strength. Virtue makes you unshakable.
4. Live the present moment
The past is gone. The future is uncertain. This moment is yours. Be here. Now.
5. Stand firm
Growth is not easy. But daily discipline leads to true freedom. Keep going. Keep becoming.
Mantra
The greatest victory is not over others, but over yourself. Be virtuous. Stay disciplined. Live with purpose. Die in peace.
