Stoic Training · Part 7
Patience
Patience is not waiting. It is trusting in the right moment.
Patience is often mistaken for passivity. For the Stoic it is an active discipline: doing your work, holding your standards, and letting time do what only time can do.

The training
- Know that everything has its time. Everything in life follows a rhythm. Wait for what you want; you cannot force it to appear.
- Focus on your path. Do not compare yourself with others. Progress is unique. Keep calm, take your step.
- Trust in growth. Growth is slow, but solid. Your value rises underground first. Keep going; progress will come.
- Master yourself. Patience begins with self-control. Do the right thing, always. Know your inner calm.
- Stay true to your values. Stick to what you stand for, even if no one is watching. Power is built in stillness.
Mantra
It's not up to you to rush time. It's up to you to be ready. When the moment comes, you will be there.
